Refund & Return Policy
We have guiding principles that govern our refund & return policy for purchased products. These policies are as follows:
1. If you accidentally lost the instructions, you can contact us and tell us your e-mail, we will send a high-definition electronic version of the manual to you.
2. Defective product must tell us within 3 days attached with the picture of the defective part. Please return it with your own cost within 1 week from the time the merchandise is received. We will arrange to exchange a new one for you at once. (you should include all original items undamaged in resalable condition, thanks).
3. If you need a refund, only the item’s listing price is refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred shipping products back.
If any part of the toy is missing, please contact us first, We will send the missing pieces to you for free. But we need you to give us some time. Because we need some days to get the missing pieces.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
- We guarantee free exchange or full refund if the item arrives defective or damaged in transportation.
- If there’s anything wrong, please contact us for the first time, through an online system or e-mail within 3 days after the arrival, better with pictures to show the problem clearly.
- You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days. It will be considered used. We would not issue a refund or a replacement to you. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping cost is bear by the buyer.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and need to return or exchange it, do it within 7 days after the arrival, and you are responsible for the delivery fee of the product.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue a refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- The items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a refund.
